I enjoyed an incredible trip for a weekend class at The French Pastry School in Chicago. I learned how to make croissants! I love Plugra European Butter.
I took this recipe during my audition for Master Chef, where I was selected in the top 40 for my region. I did not get selected for the show, but the experience was unforgettable.
