Ingredients

  • 1 stick unsalted butter (½ cup)
  • 1 15.25 ounce box Duncan Hines Dark Chocolate Cake Mix
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 10 Oreo Cookies, Regular sized, lightly chopped
  • ⅔ cups white chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Melt a stick of butter in a microwave safe bowl until "almost melted."
  • Stir in the cake mix and eggs until dough is well mixed.
  • Gently stir in the chopped Oreos and White Chips.
  • Mound Tablespoon sized or with a cookie scoop 1 ½ Tbs. size scooper) onto a parchment-lined baking sheet or baking mat lined baking sheet. Bake for about 12-15 minutes. Cool completely. (oven temperatures vary)
