Jiffy Cornbread With Creamed Corn

cup
vegetable or canola oil

cup
sour cream (8 ounce Container)
1
(14.75 oz.) can
Sweet Corn Cream Style

(8.5 oz.) box
Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs.
Slowly whisk in the oil.
With a spoon, stir in the sour cream, creamed corn, and muffin mix until smooth.
Pour into a 12x9 or 10x10 baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
If you use a smaller baking dish, you may need to bake it longer until it is cooked through.
Let rest for 20 minutes before serving. Serves 6
