Equipment

  • 1 electric hand mixer, stand mixer or food processor

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia Original Cream Cheese
  • 1 (7 oz.) container Marshmallow Creme
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice

Instructions

  • Set cream cheese in a large bowl until partially softened. About 30 minutes.
  • Add marshmallow cream and lemon juice.
  • Mix on Medium-High Speed until completely creamy with no lumps.
  • Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

*optional: a light dusting of freshly grated nutmeg.
Serve with Washed and Patted Dry Cold Strawberries.
