How to Juice a Fresh Pineapple

Fresh juiced pineapple is so much better tasting than canned. Use a sweet ripe pineapple and no added ingredients are necessary.

Equipment

  • 1 Electric Juicer or Other appliance such as a blender. or food processor.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe pineapples peeled, cored and chopped
  • spring water optional

Instructions

  • Remove the crown, base and skin from the pineapple.
  • Cut the flesh from the core. Reserve core for other use as mentioned in article.
  • Add chunks of pineapple to the electric juicer.

Notes

If using a blender or food processor, make chunks smaller and add water as needed to circulate the fruit. Strain through a mesh strainer or cheesecloth and colander.
