Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, stir together baking mix and cheddar cheese.
Pour milk into bowl and stir well with a spoon for one minute.
With large Tablespoon or cookie scoop, mound dough onto parchment lined baking sheet. (or baking mat)Bake for 20-25 minutes or until tops of the biscuits are just golden brown. Let cool 5 minutes before brushing the topping on.
For the Garlic Butter Topping
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt butter 45 seconds or until melted. Stir in garlic powder and dried parsley until dissolved. Wait for biscuits to cool for five minutes. Then, brush one layer over each biscuit being careful not to over-saturate. Serve.
Notes
You can easily divide this recipe in half for a smaller batch.
