So, you want to make the perfect Snickerdoodle Cookies, right? I have a little secret that you won't find on a lot of recipes or blogs.

This is the secret.....

Only dip the top part of the cookie dough into the sugar because....

Sugar burns faster and will cause the bottoms to scorch.

Cinnamon and Sugar Topping. Flavors of Fall! 

Without Cream of Tartar, it's really just a Sugar Cookie.

Do you have a hand mixer? Shortening and Butter gives soft center and crispy edges. This recipe has a video. 

Add One Egg and Only ONE Egg White. Plus, Sugar and  Vanilla Extract.

Sift Dry Ingredients: Flour, Salt, Cream of Tartar, Baking Soda.
